Absolutely delicious these grilled filet ribeye Pho. Rice noodles, fresh bean sprouts, lime, jalapeƱo combined with fragrant herbs. The Pho is flavorful, aromatic and consistent, the taste never changes, because it's a family secret recipe. The broth is slowly prepared with fresh ingredients. I've been going there for a couple of years and tried other Pho restaurants before around the area. In my opinion it's the best. Also the service is great, the uniforms of the waiter's are clean as is the restaurant as well. Highly recommend it ... October 02-22 Update .. the Mignon Pho restaurant is still amazing. We returned after the pandemic twice. And last Sunday we brought our out-of-town friends there visiting us from the East-Coast. They enjoy every spoon full!?

Eating is good. I have come here a few times (10x) in the last 3 weeks, but I have recently asked for extra lime because I take out and they give me a $1 for a lime (mind you, you never really get the full lime). You wouldn't charge someone to ask for extra limes, why charge an extra lime. Pretty ridiculous. $1 for spicy broth okay but I'm $1 for a part of a lime that's crazy. I can't go to places where they squeeze customers for every cent. I liked the place, although really beautiful decorations etc beautiful music, not too loud

The food here was just like that. I have the shrimp, and the shrimps did not seem to be seasoned. My sister got the spicy Pho and she and her friend both thought it was too spicy. Since it costs more than the other Phospots, we were not impressed. Probably not come back.

the best pho! I had ever lived in mine! I had the spicy rib eye pho that she specializes in grilling her rib eye for this smokey taste, like a steak directly from the bbq grill in her pho.
