Food dashers, and people who are running late, beware: the lines are long, slow and from 3am 6am, their systems shut down . By shut down , it actually means the manager has taken the drawer from the only register and needs to count the money and get ready for breakfast time. I don 't know why this process takes three hours, but it does. If you don 't want cheese on anything say so, and then check it at the window when they give it to you. I 've found at least half the time, there is still cheese. Trust me, you don 't want the cheese. Also, as for the salads. When my best friend worked here, she always told me to NEVER get the salads past 3pm. They are made in the morning and sit throughout the day. So the people who get the salads late at night have had salads that are by no means fresh. I never WANT to go to Mcdonalds, it 's just where I end up sometimes when I 'm desperate.
Not happy at all. I’ve never gotten bad service nor any mistakes with my order until today. I ordered a nugget happy meal (everything with it was fine also order a regular chicken sandwich meal with extra lettuce, what I got was a crispy sandwich (dry! No condiments and no offer of condiments. Could hardly chew it! with onions. The lady at the window taking orders was so short, she kept cutting me off, she even asked me if I wanted to the crispy chicken and add lettuce and I told her no in which she responded oh just want extra lettuce on the original, and I said yes and I still didn’t get the right food. Very disappointed. The only up side to my visit was the sweet lady that handed me my order she is always so happy and treats people with love and respect with a smile!!!
Horrible except for the lady who gave us the food she made me feel like I was literally “Blessed by the sun” other than that the girl who took the order was rude and only got louder when we said hold on. The pictures you see are a supposed Double Cheeseburger that’s missing one party. They also drowned it in onions and various sauces. Left survey and haven’t had a follow up since but I’m still giving it time. Overall dissatisfied..
I haven't been satisfied with my order in a while but the day we went to this McDonald's I was. The staff were on the ball. The lobby was clean and there wasn't a long line to order. The food was exactly how we ordered it and it was freshly made. They didn't give us a half container of fries...they were coming out the top. Very pleased. Keep up the good work staff.
