Saturday night dinner, restaurant very busy. We were given a lovely table front row next to the beach. We ordered Swordfish and Hake, we asked what came with it ? Ratatouille was the reply. The meals arrived Hake served with a wedge of lemon and the swordfish came with 3 half slices of tomato. We were then given a small bowl of Ratatouille between us and two bread rolls That was it. The house Wine. (Chardonnay) €16.50 was ok, but to be charged €2.50 for bread was the last straw. I understand the COVID thing but I asked for pepper and they brought sachets of salt and replied sorry we don’t have pepper. I’m sorry but location fantastic but the rest average.

Went with 4 friends. One of them uses a mobility scooter. Staff totally unhelpful as to where was suitable to park it. Continued to be fairly disinterested throughout. Food was generally good. One waiter only decided to get animated at end of meal saying we should have ordered the fresh bbq’d dishes instead of the ‘fish which came from the kitchen’! Bizarrely I had hoped that had also originated from the sea. Would not recommend if you want a nice dining experience.

This mainly fish restaurant is hugely popular with the locals of Sabinillas. For one thing that is a great start. It might not look like the sort of place you would pick but as a late lunch spot it gets top marks. They do a good selection of fish dishes from the kitchen but also on a barbecue on the beach. Really worth watching the guys cooking sardines and dorado and so on in the shell of an old rowing boat.

This restaurant was recommended highly for fish dishes and when ever passing I always found it busy with locals and tourists. Unfortunately i was very disappointed with the whole experience. Waiters where not helpful or friendly when ordering . Main courses do not come with side orders . So be aware of that when you order. Food was just average, very disappointing and expensive for what you get.
