as guests - on the way through - we enjoyed the regional menu (menue du terroir) in the evening. it was excellent. the cuisine of the corrèze is auvergnat, dedicating, with plenty of meat and cheese. for the individual walks one always has the choice; we had the salat plate with the typical gésiers (swinged moats)," "tête de veaux au sauce gribiche" and three sorts cheese. everything very powerful and despite menu the portions very large, but there are people with a larger appetit than me. quality of the ingredients, preparation and taste were impeccable. the ambiente tasteful, the service friendly and attentive. all recommended!
