We came after a boxing gift, it was perfect for us who like to test good restaurants. We chose to eat at the corner of the chimney (super nice)!. We took an aperitif before enjoying the meal. the service was nickel, despite the fact that the boss was alone as a result of the absence of two of his employees. The dishes were really pretty, the pictures do not necessarily make justice. Well then, the pretty one's fine, but we came to eat so let's talk about taste. The products are all fresh, we are told that they are from neighbouring producers. we feel that the chef loves to enjoy and he concocts excellent dishes. We really enjoyed it!!In the entrance we ate duck and foie gras makis accompanied by Montcucq lenses. duck and foie gras we know but combine lentils, what a good idea, the result was perfect. The dish was a chicken with a wine-style pot and a stuffed cabbage. There we were necessarily critical because it's the dish of our city. It was also perfectly successful, only the farce disturbed us a pe because we don't like the abates and we felt too much the liver for us. But it's a purely personal opinion. In dessert we had a smoky nut blower, madeleines with honey, nougatine and toffee touches salty butter. A real happiness in your mouth! Nothing to add so much was perfect! In short, a superb setting, a present but not oppressive service and high-quality dishes, I don't see anything else to ask. We really had a very pleasant time, we enjoyed ourselves and I strongly advise you to go and make your own opinion.

With regard to the menu, I noted two spelling mistakes and one could deplore a lack of choice for this Valentine's Day meal (1 mouthing, 2 admissions, 2 dishes: fish or game and 1 dessert). The quality of the dishes was irregular: the entrance and dessert plates were pretty and good. On the other hand, the main dish lacked taste and finesse in its presentation and we paid very dear!

Very quiet in a charming village near Cahors.Very good table, the neighboring chef jean claude, has spoiled us with fresh seasonal dishes, served in a nice dishes and accompanied by selected wines. We recommend this establishment.
the setting is very pleasant, in a small quiet village, on the edge of a lake, the impeccable service with a very attentive and professional staff (young) but we were disappointed by the lack of flavors and originality of the dishes for a relatively expensive menu.
