Le Pekin - Table reservation

hidden in a side—street of Sommieres, we found this chinese restaurant and was very surprised about the quality of the food, simply just very well done. From the outside you will not notice the spacious restaurant but it is definitely worth a visit so dont...be misguided about the plain look from the outside. Very reasonable prices whether you go ala carte or menues and the service is very helpfull and no problems if you dont speak french, they do speak english. A very good break from the french kitchen which surrounds you in the area and for sure we will take our chance again

This restaurant isn't the easiest to find or have the most obvious shopfront but it is worth seeking out. The restaurant is at first floor level and has a large interior and also a similar size exterior eating area. The restaurant is generally full and...because of it's location, probably has more locals than visitors. The locals return because it is a good restaurant, good freshly cooked food and good friendly service. We've been coming here since and will continue which is another way of saying Would I come back Yes I would!!

My boyfriend and I go quite often to the Pekin, they have a large choice of asian plates (thai chinese in perticular) and the portions are very fair so as the prices. The staff is friendly and they have a nice terrace too. I...typically find Asian restaurants in France to be pretty poor and always propose the same meals, but this one stands out as being above that type of rating

We always enjoy the food and the ambience. The service is always with a smile, no matter how busy they are. Minor point: we missed our sake!

Have eaten here regularly over the last years. Good ethnic food in France is hard to find outside the major cities but this is an exception
