Hello: very fond of Indian cuisine, I tested the Darbar. As far as possible, I test Indian restaurants in search of a refined and authentic cuisine. The only time my research was in an Indian gastronomic restaurant far from the island of France. That she was not my surprise by discovering this restaurant near me! I don't eat meat and little salty, so I chose the dish that I usually order as a comparison base with other restaurants. For the second time in my life, I had the feeling of Indian/Indian and non-Indian/Franco food. The Bengan Pakora doughnuts of very good eggplant, of honey color and not oily. As for the Palak Paneer spinach with an Indian cheese, the cheese is not the meumeu that laughs... as I see in other local restaurants, but a traditional Indian cheese made home. I enjoyed myself... I realized that I didn't satisfy a sense of greed but I enjoyed good Indian cuisine. It put me down, calmed, refocused... I'm saying it's a surprising enough effect to point out. The Indian ice, with pistachio and cardamom, is made home! Refined, no surplus sugar that hides and spoils aromas, although I found the shy cardamom. When they say it's home, it's not the pair of scissors that opens the bags of all prepared dishes and the microwave of the house, no, it's beautiful and well cooked home. The rates are slightly above the "classical" Indian restaurants, for example, the Naan is on top of the menus, but I'm chipote! It is pleasant to taste delicious dishes at the average prices practised on the food market. I am delighted with this experience and recommend this restaurant for lovers of culinary discoveries. A great MERCI to the boss and waiter for their attention and kindness. Good tasting! :
