We booked a table for a Wednesday night and the owners/front of house staff could not have been more helpful. We were unsure whether to eat indoors or outdoors and we were told we could decide when we arrived at the restaurant. Despite it being...really busy, they held an outside table for us (would highly recommend if weather ok was place was buzzing The food was superb great tuna tartar starter especially plus excellent quality throughout (turbot and entrecote for mains). And a superb lemon tart with a twist! The two owners/front of house staff were so knowledgeable and made it a great evening. Would highly recommend.

Whenever I see steak tartar on a menu, I usually order it. It,s one of my favorite plates. This one I tried in Bistrot de Biarritz is probably the best I ever had. And I found out, it’s been on the menu since opening day,...acclaimed by locals and visitors. The owner greeted us and explain all the menu himself, as if he was talking about his child. You won’t be mistaken with this place. It’s located near the Halles and at night is very animated.

Excellent dinner at Le Bistrot. Everything has been said about the food. And it's excellent. But what makes a restaurant, this size, a great place to be, is the host. And this one has a wonderful host that knows how to make you feel welcome...and special. A restaurant, this size with a bad host is a disaster. With a good one, is a wonderful, personal, experience.

I had early dinner when place opened. My waiter spoke good English and explained menu items to me. I decided on hamon and white fish main course. Both were very good. Eguzki beer was in bottles only, but it was good. My total bill...for two beers and the above mentioned courses was euro, quite reasonable.
