I’ve been dining here for many years. Finally had enough. Had an issue with my meal and after the waiter could have handled it with ease, I asked to speak to the manager. She is the older lady with dirty blonde hair that’s always by the counter. She was condescending, rude and had zero people skills with a nasty attitude. I tried to be polite and respectful only to be immediately responded to in a condescending manner. Not acceptable to a paying customer who’s trying to be as respectful as possible. I’ve noticed this diner has gone downhill for a while but put up with it. I don’t know about you but there’s plenty of nice diners close by with much better service, definitely better food and nicer portions. Also, I the prices have gone up and while I understand that happens in business, at lease provide reasonable portions along with the increase. Let’s just say the more I’ve ordered off that menu, some dishes are ok while many others are insulting to put in front of a customer. Nasty attitudes, inflated prices and embarrassing portions is more than enough a reason to go elsewhere.
Recently stopped by Landmark for the first time and had breakfast. I now LOVE this place! I went with a larger group (5 people . We all got several items and everything was super delicious. The stand outs were the Florentine eggs benedict, spanakopita, the pancakes (perfectly fluffy, golden, and huge , and the yogurt parfait. The service was fast and super attentive/nice. I also liked the more quiet atmosphere, we could easily hear each other : Overall my new favorite diner in the area! Vegetarian options: I am vegetarian, but also can't have eggs and there were tons of options!
The ambience was nice, the price was right, and you received a large portion of food my type of diner
