We visited on Wednesday 4th January. The host was friendly and welcoming. The quality of the food was outstanding, fresh home cooked Italian food, best we have had for a long time. Food and wine suggestions were spot on. The special was amazing. We loved the dessert which was a generous portion. Quality overall was first class. Price was reasonable and more than worth it. We felt relaxed throughout our meal, simply divine. We cannot wait to be back in Paris to visit again.
We each ordered pizzas for lunch today and they were tasty. I enjoyed the crust crunchy but soft also. These seemed a bit larger than usual pizzas we’ve had in Paris. We probably could have split one pie and an entree. We took a few slices home with us. This place sits across from one of the houses Van Gogh lived. Definitely recommend.
Third time here, good carbonara, good Montepulciano, bur not very special or so. Friendly service though. Nice terrace, but some moments quite noisy due to traffic in the street .
