we were somewhat disappointed by our dinner to be honest. there were some good points: the room is beautiful, the waiter explains each and every court friendly, and the cook places much thought and work in his kitchen. we must admit, however, that the service was far too long between every dish and eating was not a success. it felt as if it was too original, with surprising (but unfortunately failing) ingredient combinations. the simplification of the kitchen to a familiar and appreciated dish with one of its original twist (e.g. the beetroot and the coffee sauce) could greatly improve the overall experience. we ordered the 3-Tempo Surprise menu and received 3 very small dishes with a long waiting period between each and were all disappointed. it is too bad, because there are clearly high skills and potential at adria. Maybe it was just bad for us on this menu. we wish them the best for the future
