the semoule is just amazing, a taste of butter both present and very delicate. We've been having fun. The broth was not left with rather large cut vegetables which is very appreciable for cooking. Cheese peas melting.We have taken seagull, chicken and birch, nothing to say about the quantity and the taste.Good choice of wines with very content prices.ne nothing to change!
