"Wonderful evening in a charming, most French setting. Soupe au pistou and leg of venison in a red wine reduction were fabulous. Highly recommended on all counts."

"This is regarded as the best restaurant in Sancerre. Michelin Star. So judging it by this criteria and other Michelin star restaurants we have eaten in, it was OK. The starters was to be fair very nice - aubergine and tomato creation, had many different flavours. The cheese board was a disappointment, the soft cheeses were no where near ripe enough."
