We chose the white menu. Only good surprises! The Cheffe has given us a treat from beginning to end. Inventive cuisine, based on high quality products, accompanied by a choice of wines chosen by sommelier Thomas. A warm welcome, a beautiful setting in the middle of the small village of Bué, an impeccable service from beginning to end. What to recommend without hesitation this house of irreproachable quality.

This hidden restaurant in a small vinegar village next to Sancerre is excellent, A very good reception, beautiful room with views of the vineyard, service and advice of the super wine, we chose the menu carte Blanche, 5 services, the two entries, fish and meat, excellent, delicate, well sought after, But a disappointment with the dessert, a pavlova that was not up to the rest of the menu
Superb restaurant nestled in the charming village of Bué, in the heart of the sancerrois vineyards (sublim view on these vineyards even winter of the large glass bay inside). We have already come 4-5 times since last summer, each time with great pleasure given the quality of the table. In the room, Thomas is very friendly and very good advice on wine.
We discovered this establishment and enjoyed its ideally located setting to spend a good time. The dishes are made of refined cuisine and worked with local products.
