Hello, we went to your restaurant on 30/12/21, we took our order in terminal my spouse to get the order in cash at this moment the lady in silver asks us to present our health pass (why not ask her as the restaurants directly competing at the entrance? My spouse answers that before asking for the pass, the restaurant must be clean (paper on the floor, table uncleaned, toilet smells more than unpleasant nausea with the jump, urine on the ground and I pass you details certifying customers are not proof of cleanliness but what do employees do? the manager comes 2min later very aggressive and asks us our passes we tell him that we have shown our pass in cash and let him return the items mentioned above. He told us that if we were not happy, they invited us to know that he was missing staff and that he was not a leader! that they are only three, in the hall some people 5 and drive 4 cars. He tells my spouse that he's uninstructed! We asked for the refund of our order as mr kevin invited us to leave !! I think I'm completely disrespectful when a manager comes to act like that! I'm even responsible for 26 years, I'll manage 30 employees who will never dare talk to my clients like this!
