Jalapeños Mexican Grill

Jalapeños stopped while we were in the area. It was our favorite Mexican place when we lived in Northport. Service is always great! Sit fast. Hot chips and fresh salsa were served immediately. Salsa was an average consistency with a light heat after biting. Cheese Dip was warm and the right thickness to hug your chip. I ordered the Fajitas Gumbo and my wife the Fajitas salad. Fajitas Salat is a steak-Fajitas mix served over maize chips and salad, served with cheese dip above the top. Excellent taste, good wort with a lot of steak and vegetables. Fajitas Gumbo is a bowl of goodness enchanted by angels in the Mexican restaurant sky! It is a bowl of mixed Fajitas with grilled chicken, grilled steak and grilled shrimp. Many veggies and covered with cheese dip, and topped with pico. It is served in a large bowl with spoon and hot flour tortillas. This must be the BEST Entree I've ever eaten at ANY Mexican Restaurant!!! Jalapeño also offers a variety of margarita flavors. My wife's favorite is peach and mine is the frozen strawberry. They also offer a small size for those who want a margarita, but perhaps do not want to worry about too much alcohol. If you are in Cottondale, Tuscaloosa or Northport, stop at a Jalapeños location. They won't be disappointed.

It is very clean friendly. We were seated right away we were served right away. The food is very good there. And we like that they honor all our service members the veterans, including the police, the first responders, etc. We fell like that is very important we thank them. And we will certainly visit them again.

Very fast service. Amazing food. The best enchilada I've ever had. Really nice people and a nice building.
