This pool and restaurant have a good location and the facade is deceiving. The tables on the beach as dirty, cheap, broken and unloved. However, as it has a great view it seems not to matter too much at the beginning. As a family we went for lunch and drinks and were eventually served by a young man who definitely needed some help. We ordered a drink first that came out after a while and then immediately asked to pay by a rude lady who looked at us with disdain! As the kids were hungry we ordered a pizza and some other nibbles and waited. Eventually we were presented a pizza that seemed almost identical to the 69p supermarket budget range for 12 euros. Do not waste you money eating here, poor service, lousy rip off food. We did go to the pool side a few days later as the kids wanted to go, only had drinks, took ages to get served, very expensive
From the outside, it looked lovely, nice tables on the water's edge. Unfortunately, that is where it ended, the waitress in my opinion was stoned and totally messed up our order; the starters didn't even arrive The mains was average at best, the calamari was overcooked, and the burger was undercooked, in all fairness the Thai green curry was good After we had settled the bill, the waitress returned twice to see if we wanted the bill, I could understand if the place was busy however it wasn't
Having been last year and having had lovely cocktails, I recommended it to family. We went twice, the 1st time we waited 25 minutes for a waitress to come and ask what we wanted. I ordered a Bailey's mudslide, we had to wait an absolute age for the drinks to arrive. My mudslide was disappointing, it was a cheap version of last year's, there was no chocolate sauce inside the glass. We did go a 2nd time and waited 35 minutes and still no one had arrived to take our order, so we left.
Great value: A 3-course Thai set menu and jug of Sangria for under £50 The food was delicious, the service could do with some improvement but with such a stunning setting and so many amazing views we were happy to sit and wait a little.
