Treating my spouse here foe dinner we recently decided to go mostly vegan. Here at the Eastcoast in Jersey are their not many options, unless you go to New York and even then it is still close in my opinion as back from the Westcoast, where vegan options are everywhere. I literally lived around the corner of this place since Dec, 2018 and I would always see that this restaurant on Doordash as well as ubereats,I would drive from him but when they eat 1. I recently moved in December 2021 and I am upset that I never stopped before. Indiya has a really sensual ambience. As soon as you open the door, the scent of spices beats your nose and you feel a feeling of warmth, the lighting is just right. The beautiful painting on a woman's wall attracts you even more. Our waiter did a great job. I had Chicken Tikka Labradora and my spouse had a lamb dish that was very well presented, I can say. My spouse is NOT a food, but he liked his dish! We also had Mango juice simosas. The facility is BYOB. We had a window seat while we enjoyed the local music they played. The place is very polished and cleaned including the bathroom. The waiting time for our food was about 30 minutes. I also love the way they serve the dishes, it made you feel very exclusive. Please try. Absolutely fantastic in every way. With plenty of parking and a convenient location, this restaurant is as perfect as it gets. Service is 10/10 and the variety of menu means pure revisitablity . The food is never bad. Over the two dozen times I was here, it was always highest quality. I recommend getting a plate as you will be able to sit and try a bit of everything with the protein of your choice. Belive me there is 100 percent emphasis on flavors of India.
We really enjoy coming here! My spouse is not a huge fan of trying different cuisines, but we have been here two/three times and he really enjoys their food! Is BYOB, but the service and the food is really good! The ambience is really nice and the place is clean. Just check their hours because they have non traditional hours.
The first time here with the family for daughters birthday. I have to say we all enjoyed the food. The spices were well balanced. Ordered chicken and lamb dishes. Couple appetizers. Very satisfied. No hesitation to return. You could use a little more help on the ground, although on a busy night. Service was very friendly.
