This was the last meal we ate before leaving Switzerland. IT was simply excellent. The staff were very very attentive. The food, which was eaten by all diners, comprised roast saddle of roe-deer with vegetables (brussel sprouts, chestnuts, pear marinated in red wine, apple marinated in whit wine, red cabbage, red berry jam, chasseur sauce). The meat was cooked rare and you didn't really need a knife to cut it as it was so tender. When we finished our first plateful the waiting staff invited us to have some more (each table had a saddle of roe deer sized to the number of diners) and gave each of us a fresh clean plate of food. Just as well we didn't have a starter and we couldn't find room for a dessert - just coffee. What an absolutely fantastic meal and experience. The restaurant was full and it was only a Tuesday evening. You would need to book. Definitely can recommend and will go again if we return to the Lugano area of Switzerland.

We arrived at this restaurant which we had visited last October at about 2.00pm and we, as well as our dog, were welcomed for lunch. We both had pizzas which were very tasty with thin bases and plenty of topping together with a beer and coffee. Cost was about €55. The restaurant is in a small village and has an outside terrace. A full menu is also available.

Sunday lunch, the restaurant is fully booked, some people didn't find a place. Everybody is eating venison, and the kitchen is a bit overhelmed, we had to wait 40 minutes! Very good meat, tender, juicy, perfectly cooked, good average sidedishes.

Great lunch a la carte for the First Comunion in the Family. Nice set up, both inside and outside. The menu has a great selection of first and main courses including a menu for vegetarians. Very good selection in the wines list.
