"Exceptional staff! Walter at the front desk and Lucy from the bistro were very friendly and welcoming. There is also a free shuttle to and from the airport, and the hotel has plenty of amenities, along with a large open atrium. I'm looking forward to the rest of my stay here!"

I was recently staying at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport for the Outsourced Clinical Trials conference, 5 7 February 2024; the hotel was the host for the event as it has been for years. The hotel is really well suited for conferences great meeting spaces, great conference rooms, good rooms, very good food at the hotel restaurant. FOUR COMPLAINTS: (1) When I checked in, the front desk clerk welcomed me, asked me for my Hyatt account info, said I was going to be upgraded to a King Suite and my room was a standard with two queens? Why lie to me? (2) The TV had a cracked screen it didn't impact the image but the TV screen had at least one large crack. (3) The light in the bathroom has a motion detector and if you like long hot showers, that darn bathroom light will go out several times, unless, you have a towel on the hanging knob and occasionally swing the towel in the room! Irritating!! (4) BIGGEST COMPLAINT The walk from the elevator to the room can be extremely long my room was towards the center of the meeting of two long hallways the hotel is essentially structured like a square with the middle of the entire hotel open. There are only two elevator corridors so on opposite sides of that square so depending on your room, you could, like me, get out of the elevator and need to walk passed approximately 40 rooms to get to your own room good if you are counting steps, bad if you want to have easy access to the elevator!! THE GOOD the hotel's bar and restaurant, in terms of food and service and drinks was exceptional for having such a large convention in house. Also, downtown Burlingame is very close and has wonderful restaurants!! Lastly, the SF Airport is so close like 5 7 mins away!!

Worst experience- 1. Check in: I booked a acessible room! Front desk clerk asks if I really needed it. Well, you're not allowed to ask and yea, I need it. 2. Made a reservation at 3/sixty! Don't go there if there is a convention. They fill all the to go orders before the diners in the seats. The oil temp must have fluctuated due to volume of food being made. Some of our food was raw. We were waiting 1 hr to order and another hour to get our food. My kid was exhausted and hungry. 3. We were there for said convention and I went to add parking in my key but later picked up the wrong key while hanging out with my dance team. The desk clerk was like didn't you just get a key and can I have your other key! Sir if I had it, I wouldn't be here and I spent money to stay here. Give me my key! If there is a key charge for extra keys lemme know otherwise its ridiculous! ridiculous! Wouldn't stay there again except the dance convention will likely return next year. May need to stay down the street at another friendlier hotel.

If you are going to San Francisco, I really recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport. This hotel is located next to the airport, which is very convenient. The Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport has luxurious rooms and suites, where you can enjoy high quality service and beautiful surroundings. If you don't want to go out, there is a swimming pool, a gym and a spa on site for your relaxation and entertainment. ‍‍ Of course, the most important thing is the hotel's excellent location. It only takes 20 minutes to drive to the city from here, and you can easily visit various attractions in San Francisco, such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Gate Park, etc. I like San Francisco very much. This city has a lot of charming scenery and culture, as well as a lot of delicious food. If you plan to visit San Francisco, remember to consider Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport as your accommodation choice!

Bayview Suite was REALLY far from the elevators but positioned in the building for the optimal view. This isn't the hotel suite with the outdoor patio but the view was really nice! Who could complain about a huge suite ! but I did wish that the kitchen area was more functional. There's so much counter and even drawer space but the room could have benefited from something larger than a medium-sized mini-fridge and perhaps a bar sink for entertaining?
