"Went to L'Oustalet after a tour of Chateau de Beaucastel, had the seasonal menu with wine pairing. The presence of our sommelier Hugo made the experience unique, his pairing was extraordinarily. The menu had excellent balance and flavors. Highly recommend this restaurant!"
