Gelato Dolceria

I loved this place! For the small and medium size cups you get 2 flavors and 3 flavors for the large cup. The gelato and sorbetto flavors are always rotating so the flavor in the picture might not be the same when you go there. I got the medium cup w the mango sorbetto and strawberries and cream gelato. In addition, I got strawberry fields macaron. Everything was so delicious and it was perfect for the hot day. There was outside and indoor seating for customers.

Service leaves a lot to be desired. I was frequenting this place despite the employees having an attitude like the job was a condition of their parole. Tonight I called 20 minutes before closing and ordered a pint. I get there fifteen minutes later to find the place dark and locked. Why take my order only to close early? Just tell me you aren't staying open til 10. From now on I'll just go to the Brain Freeze across the street.

The gelato was very good. My only concern was that the two young workers there were deep in their conversation when we walked in and took an awkward moment for me to break into their conversation to be served. It wasn't terrible but was kind of strange that they kept talking w each other instead of greeting us, no one else was in the store, and ask or exchange the usual pleasantries to serve us.

Really great gelato and espresso! Excited to come back and try one of the many cake slices.
