in general: on time for the building week of the senfs, here as promised my senf. the karasek is located in a cozy, small side street near the main market. in front of the place is a cozy furnished beer garden with huge sunshades, which invites them to stay in summer. the restaurant itself is furnished by medium size and neat, rustic. there are tables for 2 to 6 people, amazed I was when at 20:30 a.m. an unannounced travel group of about 20 people came and a few tables were assembled so that at least 15 people could sit together. a few sabers of walls should probably remember the predator karasek. a large wooden counter stands in the room, but this was somewhat overloaded because there were the order cards and other books. service: a young, friendly lady has served us. this always tried to do this for their guests, if necessary was fast at the place and had always a friendly smile on the lips. with the chef standing on the zapfhahn was also laughed and laughed behind the counter. also another female service was very friendly. beautiful I found the superseater role of the host and especially the asking faces of the western group. I guess they weren't so clear with the super loud dialect. ; eat: there is a small and pleasant menu where there is something for every taste. regional cuisine with fish, meat and vegetarian. prices are between 8 and 15 euro. for the time a pfifferlingskarte was offered. we ordered suppe, pfifferlings suppe and seasoned meat as appetizer. these came only 5 minutes after the order and were therefore safely heated in ping. they still tasted. above all, the scavenger was a bit more tasty than the same in a restaurant named after the scavenger. the soups were very rich, in the pfifferlings soup were very many mushrooms present. as a main dish we ordered makkaroni with pfifferlingen, karto shimmers bags with salat and mushroom ragout, a spreewald steakstulle (steak on broth with sea and spicy gurke as well as a predator karasek (carving with bratkartoffel and salat, seasoned with a spits of putmeate. here is the suggestion that fresh is something else. the carving and the steak seemed to me a lot after the end, the potato bags were all falling. I expected more harm. the surroundings: cozy restaurant in the middle of the building. nicely viewed menus, but the ice cards were so old that they were already torn apart and thus were no longer very attractive.
