Culinarium - Table reservation

The Culinarium is located in the heart of the old town of Bautzen, amongst some ruins. It is not hard to get to it and there is some diagonal parking directly in front of the restaurant, but there's also parking in a large platz by...the public square. There is a walk thru Passage between the parking platz and the restaurant for an easy walk. The young man attending to us spoke good English and provided us with the one and only English menu which did not have the meals listed in the same order as the German menu, and some translations were strange but understandable. An interesting and delicious dish to try here is the Flammkuken. Its presented on a large flat wooden board and looks like a pizza. The crust is super thin and crispy like a cracker, and you can select the options for toppings

Spring is coming, and asparagus as well. We went to eat at Culinarium, which was situated nearby our pension hotel, with my Fiancé. We were surprised by the menu that apart from the main dishes also offered seasonal dishes with asparagus as ingredients, even desserts...! All we ate was delicious and kindly served

Be aware that it will be better to book a table, especially if you'd like to seat outside. The menu is promising and they do have vegan option. The presentation and the taste are delicious and the prices are mid to high range, all worth...anyway

the culinarium restaurant in buildings is to be called a smallod in buildings. besides the usual glitter beer there are also built-in copper and - crumble. the morning was like the service excellent,
