Just rude. Joseph Vernet on a tiny alley called rue Mazan was Restaurant EAT, a French bistro style dining company that was about 20 people. We enjoyed the lunch service of Tagliatelles with chestnuts (a great care of pasta and very pleasant) as well as a pork Shank with polenta (from the Formule de Midi, which contains a dessert, glass wine and coffee for 18 euros). The food took some time, but this was understandable as there was only one person in the kitchen; but it was not unbearable and has time to warm up. The meal itself was very good, with decent portions and tasteful dishes. The atmosphere is clean and completely with low ceilings and many windows that leave in plenty of natural lighting, even on a cloudy December day.
Amazing and delicious diverse menu highly recommend. High quality French cuisine. Highly recommend!
