We waited several minutes in the drive thru at 6 pm, which is expected for a busy time. However, when we got to the speaker, my husband gave our order (a simple 2 large butterfinger concrete mixers), the kid taking our said, uh, what was that? . My husband repeated himself louder and about 30 seconds later the kid responded again with, uh, what was that? . My husband repeated himself even louder and we got the exact same response from the kid. I yelled into the speaker to nevermind and we left. As we drove by the window, I saw the kid standing at the window talking to two girls standing in the window with him. He apparently couldn 't be bothered to take our order because he was flirting with co-workers. Very unprofessional and I was very angry. ?
I got the fried fish tonight It had been recommended to me by a dear friend in Florida who asked if we had Culver's here. Told me the fried fish was the best. I disagree. It had absolutely no flavor, It tasted like water. I don't know if the fish had been sitting in water waiting to be called up for an order or what?? It absolutely had no flavor and the batter fell right off of it. I actually thought about calling the restaurant and letting them know how disappointed I was. I didn't care for their onion rings either. The cheese curds were great, I've never had those before. I've never eaten at Culver's before and this experience left me empty.
I got a big ole meal here after a long day at the quarry. I sat down for my food anticipating Mediocre fast food, but the young man who served me made the experience like the finest dining I’ve ever had. SUddenly my somber meal after a long day was a jubilee. I asked his Name and he said it was Benjamin. Ben made my whole year. This culvers should have a Michelin star based on Ben’s service alone, The burger was also splendid. I will most certainly coming back for more.
Cheese curds. Mmmm. Cod is always hot and tasty. I strip some of the breading off. The Walleye is great too.
