Lincoln, NE Visit 5-31-22. It was said that it would wait a 50min when we only have 3 chefs in the kitchen. We sat, we had a day voucher, why not. Another couple also waited for a table. When we waited, we saw over nine customers (I lost count after 9) walking in, pick up to-go/carry out orders no problems from kitchen staff getting their food out of the door. Illuminated quick service for any execution or walk-in order from the road. Honestly, a customer came in to get them performing order, then made another carry order while there and received THAT order before we ever sat! A terrible guest service. While the staff sat around the kint and talked about what zodiac signs they were at the dining window. The hostess was inappropriately dressed in small blue biker shorts that were checked and all had to see her string. After 45min we were fed and placed our own delivery order, as this was faster than waiting for the seat. After a further 15min we finally got our food, went home and heat our cold fries. What a waste of an evening.
We usually really enjoy our local Red Robin. Tonight the service was terrible! We sat in a small stand directly west of the kitchen area. There was a lot of conversation between the staff during our entire visit. We ordered two sodas. Both had not much ice in them, and the soda was warm. After ordering our food we asked for fresh, cold drinks. It took longer to get our drink than our food did. When we got our food, it was cold. We were very disappointed at the food, we usually have an excellent experience at this point in Lincoln, Nebraska. When we were ready to pay the bill, they charged us for four soldiers instead of two. A terrible experience tonight.
Great service and greater burgers! I had the Burnin ' Love Burger and my girl friend had a Whisky BBQ Burger. They were extraordinarily juicy and tender. The waiter was very friendly and prompt even though the restaurant was packed during rush hours. We were treated to an appetizer that normally wasn 't bottomless and ended up only eating the one bowl of cauliflower fries.
We had great service and the burgers were great and wonderful. The chips liked better than the Steak-Fries. Chocolate milkshake was a hit with the hub head. Our server was so friendly and welcoming. Only that was loud and many children, so if this is not your jam, you would probably not enjoy it. Would definitely recommend for food.
