Excellent flavors with quality Cold Stone Creamery in both traditional and San Mateo. The restaurant is very spacious and great for groups. There are a lot of flavors and if you're new to Cold Stone Creamery, make sure to ask to try some. Definitely opt for the waffle cone. We got the black sesame and taro, but the thai tea was also on our short list. We also sampled the wasabi ice cream and were pleasantly surprised there was a kick to the flavor but still was palatable. The scoops are large 1 per person is good rule of thumb.
Ice cream was delicious, they had a variety of flavor to choose from, and she was happy providing samples not like other places. I really enjoy the ice cream and the conversation and I will stop by again when i'm in San Mateo.
