"The food was amazing. We had some issues with our pasta so the manager gave us a new one then later we forgot out to-go boxes, so the manager gave us two orders of the same pasta that we ordered. Excellent customer service 10/10 recommended"

I was more than mildly disappointed with my visit. I visited October 13th in the evening. The prices were not awful, and the service was OK, however the food has gone downhill quick. I had the special with a drink, soup, and the cajun chicken pasta. Thesoup I ordered was the chicken enchilada. It was bland, almost completely flavorless which was a disappointment as this soup useto be my favorite out of any restaraunt. The main course wasn't much better. While the pasta was good, and cooked well. Thechicken left much to be desired. It looked like they had tossed the bottom crumbles of a bag of chicken on my plate, the biggestpiece being the size of my fingernail and there was no cajun seasoning either. The sauce was enjoyable, however there wasn'tenough of it, even after stirring I would say almost a fourth of my pasta had no sauce on it. They also didn't bring out ourdrinks for almost 20 minutes, well into our queso and chips (Bland as well. The salsa is more of a soup now than a salsa. Ididn't see a manager once throughout our visit, which was surprising as most Chilis have them out checking on the guests. Asmuch as Chilis has a special place in my heart, I can now see why the parking lot was desserted when others were much bussier. And unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location again in the forseeable future. I reccomend you stay away, there areplenty of better options in the area.

Was here around 3pm. The restaurant was not busy at all only a handful of guests. Sat at the bar. Took forever for someone to take our order. The girl working behind the bar kept disappearing. We watched as some people came in to eat waiting to beseated. After a few minutes of not being acknowledged they turned around and left. I'm guessing there was no hostess but thebartender who had to have seen the guest waiting to be seated just went about doing other things. We were embarrassed for thosepatrons. On our way out we warned some of the patrons who were waiting for some time to be seated that they were better offgoing elsewhere. Good food but not good service.

Went for the Veterans lunch. Wasn't crowded but was told it'd be 15 minutes so I went to sit at the bar as there was only one person there. Nobody came to ask me anything til after all the people that were waiting had been sat. My food came. No ketchupor mustard. Nobody came to check on me. After at least 5 minutes and being passed numerous times I asked the waitress/bartenderfor some condiments. Then when I was done had to wait at least ten more minutes and finally had to ask for my check. Plus thebar was dirty and filled with previous customers empty glasses. The last time I go to that Chilli's.

Looked good The taste not so. Not cucumbers to be found.Chicken dry. I would not market this as the Chili?s House salad. Husband had the fajitas. The guacamole was awful. Good crowd with many open tables. Another place hurting for staffing and quality staffmembers at that.
