Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Workers are lazy and rude. Put in a mobile order with a specific pick up time because I have a tight schedule. Get there exactly when it was supposed to be ready. It's not. Worker tells me it'll be 10+ minutes. I had already put the order in 20 minutes before that and it was literally just 1 smoothie. Workers give me gross looks and are unapologetic and I watch them make smoothies for people who came in and ordered in the restaurant after me. Then finally after 15 minutes past my pickup time (35 since I placed the order) they make my smoothie and the worker (who knows it's mine) intentionally puts the drink on the opposite side of the restaurant no where near the mobile pick up area where I had been waiting. Don't take it out on customers b/c you are under staffed (they weren't but claimed they were). If they worked for my business they'd be unemployed tomorrow. Managers should have standards. This establishment does not.

The worker today with all the piercings threw a fit about extra sauce being 17 cents when we’ve never been charged for it before. So she ran my card for 17 cents?. That cost more just to do the transaction. Loyal customer that won’t be returning. If y’all put enough sauce on the wrap to begin with I wouldn't need extra sauce.

I always have a pleasant experience at this particular location. Very clean, friendly staff, smoothie always made perfect food always tastes fresh. Their bathrooms are also impeccable which is greatly appreciated and noticed!

Thay can't take 50 dollar bills because that don't no if it's fake but that can take 20 and it can still be fake
