If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. word to the wise if you are people of COLOR please do not go to this establishment. They really don 't want you in there. I gave them the first time I went in there, but I said maybe if I try them again it will be different. IT WAS NOT! They don 't speak to you, They ignore you and when you do get to the register there 's no HELLO HOW ARE YOU TODAY? they continue to hold a conversation about high school stuff and school captains and try outs, etc. But When caucasian people come in the energy is totally DIFFERENT. Today put the icing on the cake for me though. All I ordered was 12 cookies that was already packaged, all they had to do was count the cookies and bring me my cookies. She She rung up 4 people after me who were all caucasian, gave them their orders, Then she goes in the back to count my cookies and bring them to me after everyone has left! I know racism still exists in the world today but if you don 't want people of color coming in here PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR!! that states that!! Be able to put your jim crow actions to the side and service customers, regardless of your prejudices!! CHIKEN SALAD CHIK will NEVER get any more of my money! To all my fellow brown people DONT GO TO THIS PLACE, HONEY BAKED HAM SHOWS YOU BETTER LOVE THAN THIS PLACE DOES!!! BE WARE !!!!
$10 for a very basic sandwich small side. It’s very basic. The croissant wasn’t treated in anyway, just removed from the pack and served it was cold, not buttered and toasted or at least toasted, just cold. Chicken salad decent enough. Just basic. Nothing that will make you say, “wow that’s flavorful!” Meh. On a hot summer day, you want a cold lunch, this will do, but for $10 I can go to Sams and get premade chicken salad and a pack of croissants to feed 5 vs 1.
I love this place, but today was bad all around!! I ordered classic spring salad with a scoop of sassy Scotty. I had to wait way longer than i should have. The person preparing my salad was socializing in the restaurant. I order no tomato, they added tomato and left off cucumber. Then I start to eat my salad and I had the whole knot end of a dead of lettuce on my bowl. I am so so disappointed.
Went tonight to pick up a order, went to the drive thru window(never had a issue) the young lady came up got her phone and went to sit down, I sat for 5min thinking she’ll come back and didn’t, I went inside it was a group sitting down, she claimed she didn’t hear me but the group started laughing!!!
