The pizza here is phenomenal! I ate here for the first time a few days ago I had a smooth disc and my father had a sausage-peffer disc. After our first bites, we knew this was the best pizza we've ever eaten down hands. Thin square crust, SUPER FRESH ingredients, and overall really tasteful. Apparently, these special cakes are gourmet, so surely take a piece when you see them... Tonight I had a pizza with mushrooms. Excellent again! The dough was soft with a beautiful non-burned crust floor, and the mushrooms were nicely fleshy. No cheap ingredients used in this place... Recently, Dominic, the Lord who takes care of orders at the counter, has really exceptional customer service. A rare characteristic these days, but refreshing. I appreciate him and all the hands that make the food great. Thank you.
The waiter spoke a little too long, it was our first time there, so a really long information talk. He was very informative about the cook and his background. The style of cooking specialties for which he was known and how he did things. The cook came to an end and asked us about our meals. The waiter was a little slow on the water replenishment. The coffee was okay, it was nothing special. The stromboli omg, I order a custom version of the cheese steak stromboli. I asked for garlic, trade unions red and white. The aroma was mouthwater! The sauce danced along the tongue!!! It wasn't too salty or not too sweet. Definitely worth the price.
The food here is excellent! I had the chicken parmesan and it was delicious. The others in the group had seafood dishes. They were also very good. We sat next to the fireplace. The deserts are presented to you on a large silver platter that they bring to the table. The lemon chello gelatto was very good. All we had was excellent. There is a covered outdoor terrace enclosed for winter. I'm looking forward to my next one coming together, because this is one of the best places I found in Collingwood.
Great variety of salads and perfectly cooked calamari. We order the ceaser and Tuscany salad with homemade balsamic dressing. Food is consistently well prepared and generous portions. Cauliflower soup with crabmeat was amazing. Broccoli cheddar and split pea soup are also delicious. They serve Atlantic city bread with meals which is so good dipped in their homemade balsamic dressing. Would definitely recommend!!!
