After a great walk in the beautiful countryside surrounding this lovely village we had an excellent meal in this restaurants lovely courtyard. Party of 14 tried different starters and had a good choice of 6 or 7 main courses. I opted for turkey which was very tasty and well cooked. Those of our party who had chuletas or pulpo were very pleased. For desert I had almond flan which was very good and I would guess homemade. The wine was also very nice and at eu 12.50 per head including coffee this was really good value for money. The restaurant is tucked away in the centre of the village and although I have been to that area many times this is only the second time I have eaten here. We will be back again soon I'm sure.
Found this restaurant after the one we were looking for was closed. What a great find. The restaurant was quiet so we sat in the courtyard in the rear where the sun was shining. The menu was simple and in several languages. The waiter was pleasant and helpful. The food was excellent and plenty of it. The cost was reasonable 12 euros per person plus drinks. A great way to spend an afternoon with friends. I will call again when I am next in Spain
Beautiful setting on Calpe's sandy beach, but I doubt the food is much different than most of the other restaurants.
