the terrace of the arts is the only one that overlooks the pedestrian square of the hotel of town of évreux with views of the belfry, the theatre, the arts house and of course the city hotel. summer and winter she always receives world for a drink. It is one of the places of rdv for the aero of the ebroic youth.Inside it is not very large, a small decor room a little kitch.Côté cuisine on has been tested several times the menu of the day served on the noon only. In the evening the brewery is closed. They offer daily a choice of or entries, or dishes (including a fish, a red meat, a poultry). the plates are served a lot and the kitchen is made home. It's pretty good. desserts, made at home, on the other hand, are rather medium. the Bavarian was very disappointing: a dry and hard cake in the middle of a rather digestive cream. but overall, we still get rather satisfied and the value ratio is interesting. The service provided by the couple of bosses and their staff is rather pleasant and professional.
My heart blow with another bar, the servers are nice, smiling, the boss is understanding, pleasant and has conversation. one of the only bars to serve the red petrus
Central location close to the town hall and belfry for a coffee. a lot of traffic on the edge. waitress and friendly officials.
It's true that the welcome isn't amazing, but it's very correct if not. Aperitive cookie cup, it's nice!
