I didn’t plan to have dinner at this restaurant tonight, but passing in front, I wondered why the room was empty. I looked at the card I immediately liked: a limited offer to a choice between four entries, four dishes and four desserts. The manager and director are very welcoming. The restaurant is very comfortable and charming. The kitchen is open to the room: we see the Chef preparing the dishes in front of us! A little more: everything is put in place to respect the gestures of the Covid barrier. For me, the dinner was composed of a Mozzarella Buffalla with a pesto sauce of rockets; from Gambas flambées with a parmesan risotto as well as a Fondant chocolate and its house Chantilly. All accompanied by a very good Côtes du Rhône blanc suggested by the manager. I just loved myself. The dishes were tasty and generous! The seasoning was perfect; salt or pepper would have spoiled the Cheffe's products and work. We understand why the map is so small: ingredients are fresh and prepared in front of you! Thanks to Michel and the Cheffe for their welcome and cooking! The restaurant wins to be known! I'll be right back!
