Just left this location and it’s awful. A older gentleman walked up to the counter to order food and they said you have to order at the kiosk. This customer clearly had no idea how to work it and they told him to go through the drive through instead of showing him what to do. I (another customer) had to order his food for him and paid for him, mind you there was literally 4 employees just sitting there. I would rate this place a negative 5 stars if I could. They claimed you had to use the kiosk because the manager was on break, but you could go through the drive through with no problem. This location used to be great but now it’s pure garbage, I live less than 5 miles from this location but will be driving all the way to walker from now on if I want Burger King.
Last time I ever go here! So went this morning hash browns looked and tasted as if they were soaked in grease after I asked for crispy hasbrowns! Then about a month ago I went and the lady at the window was very rude and refused to give me my drink I paid for tried to show her my receipt showing her I paused for it and she kept telling me over and over I didn’t order but one drink when the receipt clearly showed I ordered two done with this place forever
