Bob 's is a traditional steakhouse, and hews to that well-established path. we enjoyed the shrimp platter as an appetizer, featuring 6 extra-large prawns (two fried, 4 chilled) with coctail sauce and remoulade. we followed that with the Ceasar; enough for two to share. it 's dressing was along the traditional garlic/cirtus lines, but could have had a little more tang to it. For entrees we had the Crab Cakes, and a prime New York steak. both entrees came with a choice of potato style, as well as the large, thick marinated and cooked carrot that is a signature item at Bob 's. my steak was cook medium rare, and the Crab Cakes had plenty of meat to them; both were delicious! Dessert was the Ammoretto Cheescake; rich and subtly flavored. The staff were professional, polite, and personable; they all made a good meal a great dinner!
