We were staying at the Marriott and had dinner here our last night in town. The space is pretty though a bit noisy since it is wide open to the hotel lobby. Even though the place was nearly empty, we were seated right along the back section where they keep the dishes and serve from which wasn't the best seat in the house. Our server was fine and did a good job. The food was pretty good. I had the lasagna which had clearly been sitting around and reheated but it was well made and tasty. My wife had the chicken piccata and said it was good. One thing I'd point out is that they have a very limited menu. There are only 5 entrees so if you are thinking about going there, take a look at the menu and make sure everyone in your party has something to eat. Prices were very reasonable especially considering the location at a full-service hotel across the street from the convention center. That's typically an environment where you expect to pay a premium but these prices were very fair. I would definitely recommend the place overall. If we found ourselves in town again, it would certainly be on our list of places to dine.

I had two meals there, mostly for convenience. First, there is very little Italian here beyond the name. I’ve lived in Italy, eaten in strictly Italian restaurants and like to cook all kinds of pasta dishes. Second, what is served there seemed uneven to me. The lasagna bolognese was a preparation which was not freshly assembled; it was both warmed and cold depending where I put my fork. The Caesar salad was average..no anchovies though. Remember, this is not an Italian restaurant. Third, one of my unwise choices was the Hot Brown. A heart attack described as a meal. Fourth, the servers were decent folks. No problem there. So, no one got sick; I abandoned the glop dish for safety’s sake. I recommend this for its peaceful ambience and if you’re staying at the hotel...and it’s late and there’s little taste for adventure after dark. Gave it a C+ for its extensive bourbon menu.... if you’re a beer connoisseur, better shop around. One man’s opinion.

Great food but a very rushed experience. We were the only people in the entire restaurant and were asked to order minutes into our arrival. Nice place but not worth the hassle.

Wonderful! The selection of food was great, the jazz band was a lovely accompaniment and the bottomless mimosas were the perfect touch. I will definitely go back. Great job.
