Bj's Brewhouse - Table reservation

How difficult is it to cook a nice fluffy baked potato? The loaded baked potato, was hard from sitting around waaay too long, prob left over from yesterday. Squeezing or rollin a baker right out of the oven breaks it up and makes it fluffy and appetizing. This was anything BUT fluffy and appetizing! The garlic roasted veggies could have been tasty had they been cooked. These had a few singe marks that appeared to be from a torch. However, they were RAW, and rock hard, except for a few paper thin slices of mushrooms. Nothing else was even edible! Epic fail, BJ’s!!! It wouldn’t have taken much effort at all, if you showed any real care for your customers.

Maybe we got the B team this time, but there was a lot off about our most recent order. We had one regular cheeseburger with no pickles and added mayo and ketchup- but the one that arrived had bacon and pickles (not asked for), but no ketchup or mayo, we ordered loaded mashed potatoes but only received regular mashed potatoes, the fry containers were barely filled and cold, our drink was missing, and there wasnt any cutlery. All in all, we would hope for higher quality food after paying over $90. Disappointing experience.

It was super charred. It felt like i was only eating the burnt part of the chicken and the strawberry lemonade was pretty good but too sweet for me. The pasta was Penne but had Spaghetti in it too which was weird and also tasted like burnt chicken. All in all a waste of $30+

Order was super messed up and the salad was sub par. Very wet. The kids liked there food.

Wings were awful salty not enough Buffalo sauce. Pizza look it was dropped.
