Ordered the large plate with 4 pages. The Mac and the cheese were brilliant, the pork ribs were amazing, like the brisket. Barely touched the pulled pig and chicken as I was filled, my son says they were big. Portion sizes SUBSTANTIAL, unlike most BBQ places. Service was good and we need to sit outside in the sun on a beautiful Marin day and eat big BBQ.
Very good southern bbq ribs. Meat was tender and delicious but lacked a smoky flavor. Great choices of tasty sides. The fried okra was yum! Creamy cheesy gooey Mac and cheese. Slightly bummed that the hottest hot bbq sauce wasn't hot.
As a KCBS BBQ judge and a Pitmaster myself, I tell you that the guys are Spot On! All meats were delish, excellent smoke on pork. Bands were sewn. Pages are great and prices rock. Nice to meet you. If you don't get mine, get them.
