The Thompson A & W generally fits the mold of other A & W's in other locations. I have found the food to be of good quality (for a fast food restaurants) and have been generally satisfied on most occasions.However, the orders for Chubbie Chicken elicits two criticisms -- not for the quality of the food but for the service involved with it. Many times when I have ordered it, I have been told that it will take 10 minutes to prepare. Now, while I admit that I wouldn't want the chicken if it was pre-made and sat around for a long time. There must be some way to speed up the process though. My second criticism is that on several occasions, when I have ordered 3 pieces of chicken 'all dark' I still the usual mix of 1 or 2 dark with 2 or 1 white, The chicken is still very good but I prefer dark meat.
My wife and I often grab a quick bite after church service on Sundays. Staff are always gracious and friendly. Service time is usually right on. Always clean and well kept appearance. Always appreciate coupons in the mail - great value meals.
As good as A and W gets. Good service, especially through the drive through. Centrally located. Food Is usually pretty fresh.
Food was good but the staff lacked knowledge of the English language thus making ordering somewhat difficult.
