The soups are great, can't argue that. There are three options: ajiaco, mondongo, and cazuela de frijoles; all traditional Colombian soups. I had the traditional ajiaco soup. Here is the downside, they offer you sizes medium or large, we got the large. With that said, this was a kiddy soup. This soup will probably be best for an year old. If you ever eaten at a local Colombia restaurant and have had the almuerzo corriente you know the starter soup?, this soup is about the same size. As if that wasn't enough, the price is absurd, relatively speaking. With a little research, you can probably go elsewhere and get a better value. To summarize, if you are hungry, go elsewhere. If you want true value, go elsewhere. If you want to try some delicious soup, don't mind paying a relatively expensive price, and prefer smaller portions, come here.

Went in here thinking this was going to be a great food experience after being recommended by a friend. The ajiaco was delicious but I've had better in Bogotá and Armenia. Ordered the completa for mil pesos more and the portion size and bowl were quite small which was really disappointing. I was still hungry after eating the ajiaco because of how small the bowl and portion was. I would serve my year old daughter the size soup I was served but not a grown man who is years old. These were skimpy child size portions, like the size of a soup you would get for a menu del día.

My favorite soup restaurant in Medellin. Three soups, nothing else on the menu. I've had all three several times and they're all great, though the lentil soup is my favorite. While it's a mystery how Medellin developed three perfect winter soups when they never really have a winter, this is a great place to grab lunch in the middle of a remote work day, or in the middle of a storm. As with everywhere else, ask for the hot sauce for your soup.

Only three things on the menu and got the ajiaco. Pretty popular among the locals but most of them are ordering the bean casserole. Ajiaco is slightly better then average but I’ve had better ones. Staff were friendly and service was fast and efficient.
