I find it amazing that a establishment of this type, joto next to a great attraction cone is achenseebahm that attracts a lot of audience, may be in charge of this lady. A rude one, before any query says that he does not know English (although there is some opinion that if he knows English.) we do not know much German but if we could understand how he spoke and laughed with his friends about some English clients, who had asked before us, and also as he criticized that we would have ordered water without gas (instead of still water we had to open a medium bottle, since she said that he had no gas, and he charged it). This small Cafe/Bar is situated adjacent to Platform 1 where the Cog Railway to Achensee starts and finishes. We each had a snack of Ham and Cheese on Toast. The cheese was rather tasteless but was improved by the sachet of Ketchup that might have been provided for just this purpose! The female member of staff was efficient and her English passable. Toilets were not that clean but useable! Sitting outside is a good way to have a drink and watch the various types of trains.
Cafeen ligger ud til Achensee-banen og fremhæver sig derved, at det er muligt at se ud på jernbanesporet under opholdet.
