Café-Klingler - Table reservation

Very close to an island where four major roads through the town meet you would expect this place to be noisy but our meal there was one of the most relaxing we enjoyed on the holiday.As with the majority of Austria/Germany the portions are enormous of well cooked and tasty food. My wife went for a simplistic vegetable omelette and I had a grilled steak and the meals were very nice indeed. Followed by naughty but nice deserts (Peach Melba and a tart from the display cabinet) and the price was very reasonable.Service was great with sufficient English understood to converse and was warm and efficient.

excellent place to end up at the end of a day of hiking. We go to Maurach every year in spring and this place is definately on our to-do-list. This year we were lucky they opened on friday may 5th (last day of our holiday) and we could grab a coffey and perfect cakes at your pick inside.....eating it in the sun shine outside with dream view of the karwendel mountain range

There were a lot of different choices for dinner (soup, salads, pasta, fish dishes, meat dishes, dishes for small hunger, snacks, traditional Austria dishes such as wiener schnitzel) as well as for dessert (pancakes, cakes, apfel strudel and of course homemade ice cream.)

When you enter the restaurant, at first you either see nicely designed interior or all the cakes they have! Both things will make you stay. The food is tasty and quite quickly served, portions are of a middle size. Very nice place to spend some time having tasty meal.

Superb food at reasonable cost. Fish and meat both were yummy at a good price. The ice crems were beautifully decorated and very tasty
