wij hadden een helped pension geboekt in een ander hotel in bad sassendorf. aangezien we daar niet goel tevreden were, via tripadvisor naar gasthaus bilke gegaan. hiervan zeker geen spijt; we daar niet eerder heen zij gegaan. hele ruime porties. zeer vriendelijke bediening en ook nog erg lekker gegeten. lekker warm brood vooraf. helaas was de kruidenboter veel té hard. door het warm brood smolt het wel, maar dit was never handy. zalige salade, heerlijke dressing. hoofdjust ruim voldoende en erg lekker. wijn is redelijk aan de prijs.
we were four here and everyone ordered us a hÃ1⁄4ftsteak, because almost 40 euro for a 200grlo tenderin were too expensive. already after 10min it was there (maybe; but we went too fast. 20min would have been more appropriate.) Unfortunately, our order (2x medium, 2x through sauces) was exchanged and we had to exchange a round one. the meat was well seasoned, but after the exchange action quite cooled. the inlay salad was very tasty and also the ofenkartoffel and the extra ordered pfeffer sauce was delicious.
