Wishing Well Tearoom

Dropped in as rain hit our Sunday afternoon drive, and happy we did. A Friendly welcome from our hostess in a colourful clean environment made us feel comfortable from the start. Menu was difficult because I found every item tempting on all three pages. We shared a full Tea experience; sandwiches, scones and cakes and they were all excellent. Must say that we thought it was great value for the money, we’re big guys and had plenty to eat. I definitely would encourage anyone to stop in, relax and enjoy as we did. 5 stars out of 5

We had the most wonderful private party at the Wishing Well Tea Rooms yesterday. The staff were so amazing, happy and helpful throughout (which makes the occasion even better). The food was delicious and plentiful. We couldn’t have found a more perfect venue. All so pretty and cosy. Would highly recommend the Tea Rooms to anyone and will be back again very soon. A lovely afternoon tea in the garden in the glorious sunshine. What a sun trap, but plenty of tables inside and out with parasols if you're less keen on sitting in the sun. Really friendly staff, great selection of cakes and sandwiches. We went for a cream tea for two and it was delicious and plenty of tea in a pot for at least 3 cups each! Will definitely be back :

Definitely worth seeking out, good high tea, with lots to eat, great food and lovely staff.
