Wirtshaus Wilder Mann

This place was recommended by the B and B we were staying at. We only speak English and Italian. The lady at the B and B said we should have no problems since most everyone speaks one of the two languages. Showed up at the...restaurant about a Friday night. Hostess. older lady with short graying hair told us all the tables were full. Did not offer for us to sit outside until one available or anything. I asked when one might be available and she forced out minutes. I tried English and Italian and she did not respond to either, nor tried to get anyone that could help. We walked around for a few minutes and them came back. people walked in and were seated immediately. We still could not get a table. Left. Have no interest in returning and wished we did not come to the area! We traveled all over Germany, Austria and Italy. Never received this kind of treatment anywhere else. We should of stayed a couple more days in another country!

kitchen, service and ambiente in typical classic style. everything is very good and the portions are rather larger than smaller. there is nothing to put out on the quality of the food and special requests are also discussed. service always friendly and accommodating. in nostalgic local turn craftsmen, jass friends, as well as merchants(-wife)men. very recommend the seasonal dishes. the card clear, not overloaded and full of good bourgeois classics.

Once a year we have our General Meeting in Sursee and we have always dinner at the evening in this Restaurant. The service was excellent, also the food. Everybody was happy. The nice weather made it possible to sit outside.

wilder man just original and cozy. as one must be at a stop. eat top and large portions. very nicely located at sure and very quiet
