Not that leaving a bad review seems to matter much based on the others but here it goes. I was in this location on July 3rd. Had been shopping in the area and my daughter loves their mini corn dogs. We asked if we could use their restroom before we ordered.Eduardo helped us and unlocked the bathroom around back for us. After finishing up I flushed and that?s when water came shootingout all over the place. My daughter and I stepped back, my 5 year old is now sobbing as it scared her and my Birkenstock?s aresoaked in toilet water. The bathroom floor was flooded with about an inch of water covering the whole floor to give an idea ofhow much water we?re talking about. I ushered my crying child out and back into the restaurant. While ordering my daughterslunch I explained to Eduardo what had just happened and asked if the manager was available to discuss having my shoes replacedas I will not want to wear them again now they have been soaked in water from a fast food restaurant bathroom. He was polite butseemed unsure of what to do (and I can?t blame him it?s definitely a unique situation). He explained the manager wasn?t there soI asked for her contact information or an email address and he shrugged indicating he either didn?t have it or couldn?t shareit. I asked if I could leave Maricalla (not sure if I?m spelling that correctly) a note with my contact info and have her getback to me and he agreed. He also made the comment, ?I thought they fixed that bathroom but I guess they didn?t? indicating theywere aware of the plumbing issues but it?d gone unchecked. After not hearing back for a few days I found the number to the storeonline (it?s not printed on the receipt) and called a couple times but no answer so I found the 800 number to corporate and lefta voicemail. After a few more days of no response a submitted a feedback comment through the corporate website. On July 11Maricalla called me back and informed me that the owners are saying they have no way to
