Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

I work in Twinsburg and have repeatedly tried to give this Wendy's second chances. The last time I went for lunch there was no one there and the building was closed with no signage. Today I tried to order a 10 piece nugget with baked potato. They had no potatoes (this tends to be a trend at this location) so I got a 10 piece regular side of nuggets and then 4 out of 10 of them were spicy and not even regular. It's disappointing they can't even get a 10 piece nugget order right.

For starters, no matter what Wendy’s you go to it’s ALWAYS busy and this place gets little to no customers and I see why. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Food is thrown together and my order is ALWAYS wrong. You would think the food will get made to order due to the lack of customers but no. Food is cold. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they are close to home but I will for now on make that extra drive to Solon

Slow slow slow. Same issue as always corporate cant staff the place and one employee grunts it all for them. In the 90s Wendy's was my first job. 5 people 4 teenagers and one adult could easily run a place.

Folks at this location are very good to order from. Always quick and friendly.
