Blue Canyon Kitchen Tavern Twinsburg

We had a reservation and were seated immediately. The tables were well spaced out and the noise level is low. The ambience is reflective of a high end Aspen ski lodge with giant windows overlooking greenery and a sunset. I had the sea bass marinated in a soy-orange sauce with potstickers and carrots. Delicious. Our waiter was kind and attentive even as I did send my margarita back a little too sweet and he kindly replaced my drink. We celebrated a family event, but highly recommend this place for any occasion. They have a beautiful outdoor patio as well

In terms of ambiance, we’d suggest aligning the music being played inside and outside to something that doesn’t sound like elevator music or beach side jams. Didn’t feel appropriate in either location

Good food. Excellent spicy shrimp appetizer and really good burger. Went back the next night for the hot chicken sandwich. Really good food. Great Peach Honey Old Fashion.

Four of us ordered meat entries and all were overdone except for one person who ordered medium well. Our server was good but couldn't overcome the kitchen issues

Country music not my thing. Food just meh. My dinner mates seemed happy with there food. Patio good. Won’t go back
